Background Check Agreement
I understand that guide service may involve direct contact with vulnerable participants and that a background check may be required. I agree to submit to a background check and authorize 99 Outdoors to obtain one, subject to any separate disclosure and written authorization required by applicable law. I understand guide approval is subject to 99 Outdoors policies and safety standards.
